In person in Finlayson

My office is on my homestead at 68959 Rhine Lake Rd, Finlayson, Minnesota 55735. It's a quiet, unhurried place: a blue building, a wood stove in the waiting room, and no clinic hallway. Visits are by appointment. Directions and contact details are here.

Clients come from across Pine County and the surrounding counties, including Kanabec, Chisago, Carlton and Aitkin. Some drive up from the Twin Cities and farther across Minnesota. Nearby communities include:

  • Finlayson
  • Hinckley
  • Sandstone
  • Pine City
  • Moose Lake
  • Askov
  • Willow River
  • Mora

By telehealth, anywhere in the U.S.

If the drive isn't practical, or you live outside Minnesota, we meet by video or phone. Your Full Assessment, Report of Findings, and check-ins all work remotely, and supplements ship to your door. I explain how testing works at a distance on the remote QNT page.

Plenty of local clients use both: in person when the roads are good, remote when they aren't.

What I do

I'm Jeff Evenson, BCDHH, a Board Certified Doctor of Holistic Health, practicing for over 17 years. I work with people who have tried a lot of things and are still looking for where to begin.

I use muscle testing to see what your body is prioritizing, then build a plan in order: whole foods, targeted nutritional support, and practical changes to sleep, stress, movement, and daily habits. The methods I use:

How to start

Everyone starts with a Full Assessment. $150 covers your Day 1 assessment and your Day 2 Report of Findings, where I show you what the testing showed, where we'd begin, and what a plan would cost. Nothing else is charged unless you choose to continue. See services or how the care plans work.

I am not a licensed physician, and I do not diagnose or treat disease. My work is nutritional and lifestyle support under Minnesota Statute 146A and does not replace medical care. If you have urgent or serious symptoms, contact your doctor or call 911. See my scope of practice.
