ABOUT THE PROCESS

Please reach us at jeff@evensonholistic.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Quantum Nutrition Testing is an advanced manual muscle testing method. I use it to work through a structured sequence and observe how your body responds, which tells me what it appears to be prioritizing and where nutritional and lifestyle support may be indicated.

It is non-invasive, it is built around your body's responses rather than a general protocol, and I use it in person or remotely.

QNT is not a laboratory test, an imaging study, or a diagnostic procedure. I am not a licensed physician and I do not diagnose or treat disease.

Your Day 1 Assessment includes a full review of your health history, follow-up questions, and QNT testing.

We then schedule a separate visit, the Report of Findings, where I walk you through what I found, what I recommend, how the program works, and what it costs. You decide from there. Nothing beyond the initial assessment fee is charged unless you choose to continue.

Whether we meet in person or remotely, I will explain what I am doing at every step.

They are different things and they are not in competition.

Medical care diagnoses and treats disease. I do not do either of those, and I am not a substitute for them. What I do is look at nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and environment together, and use testing to decide which of those to address first and in what order.

If your labs came back normal and you still do not feel well, that is a common reason people come to see me. It does not mean the labs were wrong. It means the question I am asking is a different one.

Everyone is different, and I do not promise a timeline or a result.

What I can tell you is that most of the people I work with are dealing with something that developed over years, so the approach is phased and it is not quick. We stabilize first, then go deeper, then move to maintenance. How long that takes depends on your situation and on how consistently you work the plan.

If you are looking for a fast fix, I am not the right practitioner for you, and I would rather say that now.

No. Keep taking everything exactly as prescribed, and bring me a list of all your supplements.

I cannot and will not tell you what to do with your prescription medications. That is between you and your prescriber, full stop. What I do ask is that you tell your prescriber you are working with me on nutrition and lifestyle, so they have the full picture and can make whatever decisions they think are right. Any change to a prescription is theirs to make, not mine.

Supplements are different. During your assessment I test how your current supplements are interacting with your body. Many clients find that what they have been taking is not what their body is prioritizing right now, and we adjust from there.

REMOTE & IN-PERSON OPTIONS

Yes. For clients I do not see in person, I conduct assessment by video or phone using direct intention-based energy testing and frequency attunement testing.

I want to be straightforward with you about this. Remote testing is a method I use and find valuable in my practice. It is not a medically recognized procedure and it has not been validated by clinical research. I would rather you know that going in than find out later.

I set a clear intention and work through the same structured sequence I use in person, using my own body as the test medium. This is sometimes called frequency attunement testing or direct intention-based energy testing.

I will not tell you there is scientific proof behind it, because there is not. It is a method I have used for years and find useful. Whether that is something you want to try is entirely your call, and if you would rather come in person, come in person.

Honestly, that depends on you more than on the method.

In person gives you a hands-on session in a quiet setting. Remote works when travel is impractical, and for a lot of people up here in the winter, that matters. Some people simply prefer being in the room. Neither choice is wrong.

Remote sessions are available by video or phone, with the same structured process, the same Report of Findings, and the same follow-up. Recommended supplements can be shipped to you.

Yes. Remote assessments include a phone or video consultation, whichever you prefer. We go over what I found, talk through the plan, and I answer whatever questions you have.

FEES, SCHEDULING & COMMITMENT

The initial assessment is $150. That single fee covers both the Day 1 Assessment and the Day 2 Report of Findings.

If you decide to continue after the Report of Findings, program fees are quoted to you then, individually, based on what your assessment shows. Nothing beyond the $150 is charged unless you choose to enroll.

You’ll receive:

  • A full review of your health history
  • Quantum Nutrition Testing
  • A Report of Findings visit where I walk you through what I found
  • A proposed plan, including what it would cost, before you commit to anything

I do not bill insurance, Medicare, or medical assistance, and no insurance plan reimburses my services.

Some clients have used HSA or FSA cards for assessments and supplements. Whether that is allowed depends on your plan and on IRS rules for qualified expenses, and because my services are not medical services, eligibility is not guaranteed. Check with your plan administrator before your first session rather than assuming.

UNDERSTANDING THE APPROACH

No.

I am not a licensed physician, chiropractor, naturopath, dietitian, or nutritionist. I do not diagnose disease, I do not treat disease, and I do not prescribe. Nothing I provide replaces medical care.

What I do is look at how your body is responding, and use that to guide nutritional and lifestyle support. Keep seeing your doctor. If something in our work suggests you need medical attention, I will tell you so and refer you.

Supplements are usually part of the plan. They are not included in any fee and are purchased separately.

I use practitioner-grade products, and everything I recommend is tested against your body's response rather than picked off a shelf. You will only be asked to take what tests as a priority for you.

A curated selection of professional-grade lines, including Cellcore Biosciences, Energetix, Systemic Formulas, and Standard Process, along with other vetted whole-food-based products.

Each product is selected based on your testing, not on trends or a standard protocol.

Yes, with one condition: I work with children only when a parent is already a client of mine. That way you already understand what my work is, what it isn't, and how the process runs before we involve your child.

Testing is gentle and non-invasive, the same method I use with adults. A parent or guardian is present for the entire session and gives written consent before we begin.

I do not diagnose or treat any condition in children, and nothing I do replaces your child's pediatrician. I will never suggest changing or stopping any medication your child has been prescribed. If something about your child's situation needs medical attention, I will tell you and send you to their doctor.

What I do is the same as with adults: look at nutrition, sleep, stress, and daily habits, and support those.

Absolutely, and I would prefer it. Many of my clients are under a doctor's care while working with me. This is not either/or.

I do not interfere with your medical care and I make no recommendations about prescription medications. I focus on nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits.

Good. Ask questions.

Plenty of my clients came in skeptical. I would rather work with someone who asks what I am doing and why than someone who takes it on faith. Come with questions and I will answer them straight, including the ones I do not have a satisfying answer to.

FAITH, PHILOSOPHY & HOLISTIC HEALING

Yes. My practice is built on the belief that God designed the body with remarkable capacity when it is supported properly. Nothing I do is meant to replace God, contradict scripture, or engage in anything spiritually manipulative.

I work with a lot of clients of faith who want natural approaches but wonder whether holistic care is spiritually safe. I encourage discernment and open conversation, and I am glad to talk it through.

I am also an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. I am Christian in my own belief.

If you ask for it, yes. Prayer is not a formal part of every session, but I pray over my practice and my clients.

If you would like prayer included in your session, tell me. If you would rather not, that is equally fine and it changes nothing about the work.

I believe the body was created to be resilient and intelligent, and that when you remove interference and give it what it actually needs, it does remarkable things.

Symptoms are signals. My job is to read those signals through testing and experience, and to help you support what your body is asking for.
