Evenson Holistic Natural Health Center is a private holistic health practice offering natural health education, advanced muscle testing, and nutritional assessment techniques, including Quantum Nutrition Testing (QNT). I do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. My services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

• Appointments are made through the Practice Better platform or by direct contact.
   
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Missed appointments may be charged in full.
